How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your account and start the process from your Order Panel, or you can contact us directly at info@firstdropindia.com.
Return Policy:
Condition of Products: All products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
Refund of Shipping Costs: The cost of the merchandise may be refunded, but the shipping costs may not be refunded depending on the reason for the return.
Refund policy – once refund is initiated we need 3- 6 days to reflect on customers account

Exclusions:
No Exchanges for Sanitary Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sanitary pads or other intimate products.
Responsibility for Incorrect Information: FirstDrop is not responsible for any incorrect fund transfers or vouchers issued due to incorrect information provided by the customer. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
Product Return Condition: Exchanges or refunds will only be processed after the product is received at our warehouse.
Exchange Policy:
Entire or Partial Orders: You can exchange either the entire order or specific items from the same order.
Invoice Requirement: The items for exchange should be accompanied by the original invoice for reference.
Non-Matching Items: If the returned items do not match the invoice copy, the refund or exchange will not be processed.
Packing Instructions: Please pack the products securely and address them to: FirstDrop, Rajkot, Gujarat, India – 361210. Mention the Order ID on the package.
Sealing: Ensure that the package is completely sealed before handing it over to the courier service.
Separate Packets for Separate Orders: If you are returning items from multiple orders, please use separate packets for each order.
No Questions Asked Exchange Policy:
FirstDrop offers a 7-day no-questions-asked exchange policy. You can request an exchange within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.
