We understand that situations may arise where an order needs to be canceled. Please be aware that certain orders may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.
Order Verification and Additional Information:
In some cases, we may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If your order is canceled or if additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be reversed to your bank account or credit card.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at admin@firstdropindia.com The cancellation will be processed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card account, minus a 2% processing fee (payment gateway charge). Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days.
Please note that repeated cancellations may lead to the barring of future orders.
Cancellation After 24 Hours:
After 24 hours, cancellations become more complex as we proceed with processing your order based on your initial consent. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours, please send a written email to admin@firstdropindia.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request and make a decision accordingly.
Non-Delivery Situations:
In situations where the customer is not available to receive the delivery and the shipment is returned, only the product price will be refunded.

Shipping Information:
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days. However, if your order exceeds 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item is under production, processing may take longer. Should this occur, we will notify you via email.
